- App Open / Idle: We collect approximate location to show nearby available cars. You can disable background location access in your device settings, though this may affect app functionality.
- After a Trip: Trip route data is retained as described in Section 6. We do not track your location in real time outside of active service use.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Specifically:
- Trip history is retained for a minimum of 3 years for safety, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
- Account information is retained until you request deletion.
